This spa really made you feel wonderful. From the staff being so polite with homemade cookies and the gentle soft music you would listen and be relaxed too. I went for a facial pregnancy massages that I heard made your muscles so relaxed you didn't want to leave. In the heart of Larchmont with convenient making this place is top notched.

I called Addison Street Spa at 2pm and was able to get an appointment for 6pm that very same day. It was a small place tucked inside a small street. Had soft music playing and a water fountain running. Mini facial was great. The tech made my skin glow and didn't make it painful. She was very friendly and super helpful even giving me some really good tips to keep up my new skin. Well worth the time and money!

Trilogy Massage at Addison Street Spa

Why it’s great: This one-hour massage incorporates three popular techniques in one treatment. By combining Swedish and deep-tissue massages with a hot-stones treatment, you get triple the impact, says spa owner Janet Azar. The stones — not burning hot, just comfortably warm — are wrapped in a towel and placed on your body to relax the muscles. As the heat sinks in, you might get your feet massaged.

Then the massage therapist gets to work on the rest of your body. “It’s just so warm and comforting that it melts all the tension away and you get in much deeper,” says Azar.

How you’ll look: Refreshed, relaxed and so free of tension that it will be reflected in your face— which means you’ll look younger.

Upkeep: Azar recommends that you do the Trilogy once a month. “It helps prevent knots and tension from getting worse, and people say it also helps with headaches,” she says.
